Virtual EMDR: I am trained in EMDR, a structured approach used to explore and process difficult or overwhelming experiences. It is designed to help you engage with memories and experiences in a contained, supportive way. Many people find it especially helpful when talk therapy alone hasn’t felt like enough. I offer EMDR in a way that meets you where you are, respecting your pace and your experience. I understand that trauma means something different for everyone, and I work to create a space where your story can be safely explored and understood.
Person-Centered Talk Therapy: In addition to EMDR, I offer talk therapy for moments when you want to explore practical solutions, develop new skills, or work through life’s challenges step by step. Together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s happening for you, experimenting with approaches, and building tools that you can carry into daily life. Most of all, I aim to create a space built on kindness, warmth, and a genuine interest in your growth.
