Welcome
I work with people stuck in the cycle of anxiety, trauma survivors, and individuals navigating the effects of emotionally unhealthy family dynamics. Through collaborative Talk Therapy and EMDR, I offer a supportive space to process emotions, cultivate self-compassion, and gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and relationships.
Come as you are. That’s my invitation to anyone starting therapy with me. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can bring your full self - no edits required. Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences and explore the next steps in your journey.

Specialties
Anxiety often shows up in people who care deeply and think deeply. In our work together, we will explore how those same qualities can become sources of strength rather than stress. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you understand yourself with curiosity and compassion.
Early family experiences can leave you carrying roles, expectations, or patterns that no longer fit who you are. Together, we can explore what it looks like to step more fully into yourself. This can mean clarifying your needs, developing boundaries, and making space for your own voice.
Trauma can shape how you see yourself, others, and the world—often in ways that once made sense but may no longer feel helpful. In our work together, we will move at a pace that feels manageable, creating space to gently explore your experiences and how they continue to show up in your life.
Navigating mental health as an LGBTQ+ person can come with unique challenges, from societal pressures to questions about identity and belonging. In our work together, we will create a supportive space to explore your experiences, strengthen resilience, and connect more deeply with your authentic self.
